Health Update #3
by Ann Neilson
I am eating more small solid foods, such as crackers and bacon. I don’t seem to have much of an appetite however, but I know I must continue eating. Drinking seems to be just fine, and the rhythm of my drinking is a lot more fluid.
I promise I am not a hypochondriac. I just have awful anxiety. It really messes with a person.
In other news, what may explain this as well is that I believe I have caught an awful bug. So, having this possible bug, mixed with super-duper anxiety, mixed with choking on a piece of food again and having my brain literally tell me, “No, don’t eat, you’re too afraid to,” is causing me to stress quite a bit.
